📖 Pre-Session Guidelines: Certain services may require preparation (e.g., journaling, reflection, or an energy cleanse). Any instructions will be sent upon booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
