(“Bohique” means shaman/healer in Taíno)
I was born in Caguas Puerto Rico, where the land speaks, the ancestors whisper, and the ocean carries stories of resilience. But like many of you, my journey has been one of deep pain, questioning, and transformation.
For years, I carried the weight of anxiety, depression, and generational wounds—the kind of pain that isn’t just yours, but one passed down, woven into your bones before you even understand it. I felt lost, disconnected, trapped in cycles I didn’t create yet somehow inherited.
But something inside me refused to accept that this was all there was. I started questioning. I started seeking. And that path led me here—to the world of energy healing, Taíno shamanism, Reiki, and the power of the mind.
Through my own healing, I learned that we are not meant to simply survive—we are meant to break free, to reclaim our power, and to step into the fullness of who we truly are. I combined my studies in NeuroAlchemy, metaphysics, Reiki, ancestral healing, and subconscious reprogramming to help others do the same.
As a certified Reiki Master, Taíno shamanism practitioner, ICF-certified life coach, and a doctoral student in Metaphysical Science, I bridge ancient wisdom with modern transformation—honoring the ways of our ancestors while integrating powerful tools for mind, body, and soul healing.
Today, I guide others through transformational energy work, intuitive healing, and sacred teachings to help them release the past, reconnect with their spirit, and embrace the healing they deserve.
